Selling

At Wendy House I am here to help you sell your property here in Turkey. The selling procedure can be quite daunting if it is new to you as it differs from the processes in the UK and is in a foreign language!

I am extremely experienced with the Turkish selling system and have worked within this field for over 10 years. I also speak fluent Turkish so can support with conversations and documentation needed. But, ultimately I am here to help you every step of the way.

The process of selling a property in Turkey can be quite easy if you are familiar with it, turnaround times for completion can be as quick as one week!

My office is based in an excellent location at the edge of Hisarönü and Ovacik. I have lived in the local area for 30 years and I am very well-known with a solid trustworthy reputation both by the locals and the tourists that visit.

I market properties in a number of ways including on my website, in my office and on social media but most importantly for me is that I sell properties by being recommended personally especially by my previous clients. I have a number of testimonials from them, available on request.

The standard rate for an agent to sell your property in Turkey is a fee of 3% of the agreed sale price. For this 3%, I (as your agent) will be responsible for all the advertising, marketing and the property viewings with potential buyers. I will ensure you fully understand the sales terms and conditions whilst completing all of the sale agreements and agreeing a payment plan best suited to your personal circumstances.
